Ingredients
- 1/2 c. feta cheese
- 1/2 c. water
- 2 avocados, peeled and sliced
- squeeze of lime juice
Directions
- Dump all the ingredients into a food processor and puree until smooth. For a chunkier dip, leave out the water.
AUTHOR'S NOTES:
- Add chopped onions, jalapenos, garlic, and/or cilantro to the dip, if desired.
- Suggests using Nikos® Peppercorn Feta Cheese.
